Transporation In, To & From Ayia Napa
Ayia Napa is located 25 miles east of Larnaca.
A taxi ride will take you 25 minutes and would typically cost you 30-35€ (20-25 CYP).
Moving across town is usually done by foot. Most of the attractions are within a 1.5-2 miles radius, so your walk shouldn't take longer than 15 minutes from one end to another.
Taxis roam the streets day and night and their drivers would be happy to take you to your hotel, a far away beach or the cool cliff of Cavo Greco.
If you decide to spoil yourself and use a taxi to move around town, be alert and watch the route. Cyrpiot taxi drivers can be mischievious. If you know the way, make sure the driver doesn't take you on a 'city tour' :).
If you fancy an inter-city ride to Larnaca, Limassol or Nicosia, just look for the green "Intercity" buses. Their routes all converge to Ayia Napa's main road (and only way out to the highway).
